NO SPEEDO OR TRIP 6 GEN

So riding to work jammin to Chicago, look down at the speedo it's at 0--- plus no odometer, pull over turn engine off for 5-7 seconds restart and merg red lining it or pretty close, speedo reads 8-3-1 and back to 0.
2-3 minutes down the road my FI light comes on, as I get off the freeway I do the restart again at the bottom of the offramp and for the next 10 minutes no FI until I park it and leave it running for another 5 WTF?
Close to 49K and never an issue except batteries dying.
Any input would be appreciated

I would suspect the sensor mounted on the front sprocket, or it's connection to the front sprocket bolt.
