A bit ugly, but you will need balls of steel to ride it.
At AU$180,000, you'll be guaranteed exclusivity while out and about.

Watched the vid and while it sounds awesome the overall package just doesn't appeal to me much - plus it's ugly. And they want $180,000 AUD for it? I doubt if even Jay Leno and Tom Cruise would want one for that price :D They need to drop the price by about $100,000 IMO.

I believe $180,000 AUD is approx $144,000 US. For that much money you could buy a new VFR800, an Aprilia RSV4 RF, a BMW S1000RR, AND a Kawi Ninja H2! And you would still have enough change leftover to buy yourself a V8 in the form of a $60,000 Camaro ZL-1 convertible :D

It is ugly, it will be interesting to see how many they sell.
But a V8 at 12500rpm will sound fantastic.
There is a road test coming up on Australian Motorcycle News on the first production version.

The next bike at the top of my current list is a RSV4 RF, but at 334 HP on a frame about the same weight as my ZX14, I think I might have to bump the Aprilia down to 2nd place. With this beast I think the beauty is in the ass of the rider, not in the eyes of the beholder. I want one! Although the 33 inch seat height will be challenging for my small frame!

Oh yeah it sounds great for sure and I'm curious to hear what the reviewers will have to say so please keep us updated.

I'm still saving up for a V10 powered bike. Supposedly Dodge sold 9 Tomahawks through Nieman Marcus as non-street legal "rolling sculptures" for $550,000 apiece back in the day. I'm guessing that two of them are owned by Jay Leno and Tom Cruise :D

I LOVE the look... I enjoy seeing inner workings of things and this design shows off the innerds.

Plus last I checked I had balls of steel. Yep, they are still there. Now how to get the $...

    Well thank you!

    It's settled then...
They need to get me on one of those bad boys to help sway people's opinions into loving them. <3 <3

But no one gets my balls of steel!

If I had one, and don't want to have one, I sure wouldn't tell anyone I paid $180K for it. Just proves the buyer has judgement issues.

It's an expensive novelty that a good liter bike with a decent rider would beat in twisties and other places for that matter. How long is it fun to go fast in a straight line? Wonder what the range of it is? Anyone can put horsepower on a bike. The challenge is in the handling, weight, and putting a highly skilled rider in the seat. Handling and the rider make the difference in MotoGP for example. More than the HP.

334HP at 12800rpm, 214Nm of torque at 9500rpm and it weighs the same as a 8th gen VFR.
Steering geometry close to the VFR also with full Ohlins suspension, my guess is it will handle just fine.
I can't see who would buy one, but I would still like to ride one.
