Yellow high beams

    Didn't know if anyone has done this. Really helps to be seen in the daytime!

    Marrib has the yellows. You are right about visibility! When he rode behind me it was really noticeable!
    Even when he was 80 miles back struggling to catch up with me :p

    I agree that yellow lights can increase visibility. I have one white lens, and one yellow lens on my GS' accessory lights . I do believe, and I have been told, that it does increase my visibility with this setup over just having both lights emit white light. That makes it worth it in my book!

    That said...although they are legal federally, LEOs in some states (many times due to ignorance of the vehicle code) may give you a citation if you have anything other than the white for headlights. You are clearly allowed yellow for fog and accessory lights, but some states get a little confused about the yellow headlights. I personally knew more than a few people cited for it over the years here in Cali...but I didn't follow thru to see if the ticket stuck or if they just paid it. Just an FYI.

    Did you have to modify the housing much? I went with the H4 per another recommendation. That was no fun.
