HAHAHA I tell people all the time that although I've got CRS, I have a pornographic memory...

 

What would Freud say?

Rented a house down in the lower keys for a week of fishing and diving. It was right on Pine channel and I docked my boat in the back yard. Take a left and your in the back country, take a right and you head out into open deep sea. My little catamaran can go into about 12" of water with the motor tilted up. I have only fished the back country a few times and this trip was a real education on fishing and navigating back in the vast water wilderness. Terrifying at times, you really had to know exactly where you are at all times. It can go from 10' to 10" in a matter of feet. Ocean side I'm fine with fishing and scuba diving. But the skinny back country fishing gave me a few more gray hairs.
These photos are from an I-phone. I took the 35mm only out once and only took a few shots.

We did the 4th of July on the water and watched fireworks launched from an island.

 

We brought kayaks to the back country via the boat. Lots of fun.

 

A few more photos. My daughter always roots for the fish to get off the line but we had multiple hook ups and she caught a nice Mangrove snapper that made a tasty dinner.

 

The reason I am riding less and less these days.
