Hi everyone, I have some vibes in my 03's handlebars, it's not terribly bad but I notice them after about 40 minutes of riding, and numb hands follow soon after which sucks since my commute is 1 hour each way.

Anyway... I did some research and found out that "Vibranators" are a good mod to help reduce the vibes that I experience.

Only problem is they don't seem to make them anymore :(

I did find this on ebay though: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vibranator-...ID-/182603383595?_trksid=p2385738.m2548.l4275

In the ad it says that "it fits all 7/8th handlebars" great... but I need to be sure.. will these work on my bars? Also I am buying Helibars so I figured this would be a win-win for me as I can install the Helibars without having to go through the PITA of removing the stock bar weights.

If there are any proven alternatives then please let me know. My bike is already currently fitted with Grip Puppies and heavy weighted bar ends and they still only help moderately. I need a solution.

    Thanks!

Exactly what I did to my '03, made a big difference. I put the Vibranators in the Heli-bars, saves a lot of hassle.

I got the set that were made for the road bike, don't know if those would work.

Okay... thanks, where did you get yours from? I have been scouring the internet looking but either they're disappearing, or i'm missing something.

I have the Vibranators on my '99 VFR and my '86 FJ1200. Both work amazingly well. However they are not the same design. Maybe that has something to do with how well they work. So I don't think they're a generic one-size-fits-all type of bar insert.

So the off-road ones may or may not work worth a hoot. Depends on how much money you're willing to gamble I guess.

I tried their old phone number and got some other business. Too bad, guess they didn't sell enough to stay alive. Do a Google search, maybe some distributor has some, I got mine directly from them at the time.

I installed mine in my '99 with Helibars, they fit with no issues.
