Pity for this thread, as many others, on this forum and on numerous other different forums, on whatever subject of forum you can think of, all too often become corrupted by way off topic commentary, trolling and whatever general crap the few dull toothpicks of a sharp pack want to put out there for whatever reason. You wouldn't pay to see, read or hear that non constructive crap... Would you? Not me.

If a person wants to play around with mods, test them by whatever means, whether its successful or not, the written journal of their progress or setbacks that they produce is useful in more ways than it seems some people commenting here have considered.

I'm happy to read Resina's progress and any other's constructive commentary. Do continue...

Dude..If you really want to buy something, start your own website and be in full control of that.

A little homework would show that the consensus on improving the VFRs in general lie in the areas not in the various incremental additions that may or may not increase the net horsepower but in suspension improvements and rider ability.

I'm guilty of derailment. But I'm also curious of any changes, or not; Seeing what happens

Meanwhile, back on topic here....I've had my 8th gen. at 131 and it was climbing fast enough to make me bet confidently that it will easily top the alleged 138mph top speed. The only mods are real gasoline and a slip on which definitely makes an 8th gen. run better. I just rolled on the throttle in 6th gear and it got there very quick and was climbing when I let off to take an exit. I could really care less what it does top end because over 70 where I ride will kill anyone.

Try and just relax, this forum is like a stream of consciousness, or a bunch of people shooting the shit. VFRD is where the hammer comes down for just about anything and can be very annoying. Both are very good forums, this one being very fun at times if you let it.
