Posting a pic of my new love!

I've started riding again after 25 years out of the saddle. I recently bought an '07 Buell XB12R. It's a fun,loud bike but not much on
comfort or civility. Especially not for a 56-year old kid.On Mother's Day I took my wife for a ride through the back country here in San Diego
and halfway through the ride I asked her if I could buy a more comfortable bike. She said yes, so Monday I started checking Craigslist and immediately found a 2007 VFR800 with 6400 original miles,only one mile from my house ! I texted the guy at 7:30am and by 7:30 pm the bike was mine.
This bike is amazing!

Welcome to the MadHouse :welcome:and congratulations on snagging a RWB.

Great picture and with so little miles it sooo needs a decent run to blow away the cobwebs. Take it up to R3 next weekend and your new bike will be right at home. Check out the R3 thread and you will find VFRs heading to Atascadero from LA and all over SOCAL who can ride along with.
