This afternoon I adjusted the suspension, set to full hard pre-load for forks (last mark) and shock to position seven, rebound dampening is full hard. Sitting on the VFR there is still some downward movement for my weight. So I'm hoping the ride will be much better.

If you ever think of coming down towards Sydney, I'm more then happy to help.
Or if you want to have a go yourself, we are only an email away,.
Terry got me started on my mod journey, and I learned a lot on the way.
    Happy to share my experience.

Been riding the back roads this morning, a new area, quite a bit of damaged road surfaces. The VFR handles so much better now with these suspension settings. No bottoming out.
