Hook it to a drill, and let me know if it works, would like to fix one I have, but will buy if I have to. Someone has to have taken theirs apart, all the plastic gears working, metal "clutch" not engaging????

Yeah, it works, at least up to 15mph, that's as fast as I am willing to ride with the shape that my bike is in. Let me know if you need it.

My bike was originally from Canada. I have a spare speedometer, but it tracks in Kilometers.
