That's a good question, we didn't really see those in the states, at least it wasn't offered like the 500, 750, 800 models. There was a link here somewhere where manuals could be found, I'd have see if I can find the link again as the post was quite some time ago. Others may chime in soon with a better answer for you, so hang in there.

That clarification is helpful, as I was far from sure from the original post, which just refers to looking for a repair manual for a VF400, what model motorbike they were looking for, and rather than guess, I simply gave them a link to a site where they might find something appropriate. For the older models in Europe its really complicated as different markets seem to have different name conventions and model codes for what looks like exactly the same model - with differences being things like headlamp aim. Also in the UK we got quite a few secondhand "grey imports" direct from Japan which were never officially available in the UK (or possibly the States). I guess Australia being another country like the UK and Japan where they drive on the left, they may have received a similar disparate range of bikes. Hence a lot of the stuff on the greybike site is in or translated informally from Japanese. Thankfully someone produced a list of the most common ones - 400GreyBike.com - Ultimate Performance . Identification is not helped by a general tendency to abbreviate things, and in the UK quite a few models which carried a VF400R label on the rear fairing seem to be referred to simply as VFR400. Returning to the original question - can you help provide a link where they might find a manual for the N21 as sadly that model does not appear on the greybike list? SkiMad
If I find one, I'll certainly post it (and add it to the 400greybike list). Personally, I only have an N30, which I just got, so the N21 manual wasn't on my radar, though I'll keep a look out for one.
I have workshop manual for VF400F (NC-13), if that's the one you need. I can email you a copy no problem...
