    I don't have degenerative disc disease that I know of but I do have arthritis in my cervical and lumbar regions that have started to fuse my vertebrae which has caused extreme pain. After a few sessions with the chiropractor 3 years ago to break up the fused vertebrae and a good core regiment I now have zero issues.
