For once I agree. I think. Donald J. Trump is the most truthful guy I have ever heard. Just today on a radio talk show this dude called in and said that "President Trump is a greater president than Abraham Lincoln.

I too have connections with Australia. Those Holdens with the big engines are really cool and so are barbequed shrimp, Koala bears and from what I recall of more than one bigass can of Foster's Lager.

That is a bad situation. To make it worse, Aussies can't defend themselves with guns. 320 million Americans ( that we know of) allegedly own over 300 million guns. Got news for whoever came up with the number of guns. There's more than that. I own 14 firearms of various kinds but only about half of them are on any kind of government record. I also live in a Castle Law state (there are 25 of them) and I can legally exterminate anyone that invades my castle which includes my cars, bike, and my person. I can also legally conceal or open carry. Things may be bad but at least we can kill the mofo's. One of the stinking fockers catches lead and dies about every other month in the town I live in and the police thank the exterminator. I remember when OZ wouldn't hardly let anyone immigrate into the country.

    The old false equivalence dodge.

"False equivalence is a logical fallacy where there appears to be equivalence (usually in quantity and quality of evidence) between two opposing arguments."

A short list of the value of the USD can be found here or by accessing any of several converters used on a second to second basis by arbitragers.

Resolution: Norcalboy is as full of shit as ever.

Ah, the old logical fallacy dodge.

"we've deconstructed your argument to fit one or more of the following logical fallacies......"

One's vote in the US is a secret unless one wishes to divulge whom he or she has voted for. If I knew that I could have written in Randy I would have done so. Maybe when we absorb Canada in the next couple of years Randy can be on the board of directors of Trumpistan. I feel an acronym coming on...

When a candidate is able to win an election with 2.8 million fewer votes than the loser....that pretty much sums it up.

Problem is out here you are not allowed to defend you property even if somebody breaks into your house while you are there. You restrain them and you the victim can be charged with assult

I tend to stay out of political conversations these days, for the most part not very many are thick skinned enough, nor educated enough to hold a decent conversation. But after watching FB blow up and a few other places, I'll go back to the question here. I'd like to believe the country is ok, it was after Roosevelt as an example it should be better again, once all these scaredie cat spoiled cry babies pee pee pants get it together and figure it out. If that's even possible. Thanks to the social media and news coverage where seeing the worse, and of coarse putting their spin on it, that' s whole different subject. Hopefully that will be behind us, sooner than later. The question I have is why is it to be ok that, and I hate titles, but for this I'll let it go. why the folks, Dems in thinking, have such a mean streak in them? but when the shoe was on the other foot 8 years ago, all was well as well can be with the folks that went Reb. BTW there wasn't a huge margin of victory so there where a lot of disappointed folks, even then they didn't get all bent out of shape like today's brats. WTF. Really what a sissy society grow up. STFU and Be a part of the solution, yelling, breaking and burning just shows just how irresponsible you truly are. I hope Soros paid you enough.

I don't know this for sure, but I would be willing to bet that your laws are written in such a manner that authorizes you to use as much force as necessary to protect your property. It is that way here. But we don't have the right to bear arms. Few countries do I think.

Here, if someone was intending on causing you harm, you can defend yourself using what force is required to do that. If no lesser force than deadly force is suitable, then we can kill a person to defend our lives. You will be held accountable though and so you should. But if there is legitimate evidence present to make you think your life is at risk, you should not be found guilty. Matter of fact, here, we have preliminary hearings in our courts before a judge only, where the judge decides if there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial.

I have personally seen where people fearing for their lives or the lives of their families, have used deadly force and killed a person, one instance using a hunting rifle, was charged by my detachment, all the while we knew he was justified. But it was not our call to decide if his actions were justified. That is for the courts to do. AT the prelim, the judge ruled he used justifiable force. I took possession of the deceased's remains on that one and attended the autopsy for collection of forensic evidence on that one.

I am not a fan of Trump. But that doesn't matter. I have no say in that issue. But I do believe he was properly elected by his constituents and should be given the opportunity to head his government. A couple things have come to light that really causes me to be concerned for my American friends though. The Border Agents have begun to ask people crossing the border what their political affiliations are and have refused people who are not Trump supporters. He has gone far past the point of politicizing the border. He has taken actions that many would consider leaning towards a non democratic way of government. His administration has also ordered government agencies to remove photos from their web sites. There has been no evidence to suggest these photos were published with the intent of disrupting American Government or even that they were fabricated. That smells like a violation of your First Amendment. Will he work towards controlling the media now. He sure has made it known he does not like them and constantly accuses them of false news. However he insists that his tweets are factual and accurate.

Just a thought. If USA takes over Canada, can I run for President seeing I was born in the land which would then be part of the USA?
