Just another asshat on a bike---the guy was at speed in the fast lane and ass tried to get over, pissed chased him down but didn't pay attention to slowing traffic ahead of the car---- didn't see brake lights--- there are so many cagers out there to run you over and don't care--- I always start singing my song--- it's titled JUST ANOTHER DICKHEAD--- but he let his anger take hold--- big no no if ya want to survive.
Just watched again when he almost got over with the container rig and said fuck that. Wierd angle with his camera recording and him sliding along in the fast lane, oh not sliding but on the guys trunk WTF
Trust me been there, 350 a week three different frwys one way-- thanks Guardian angels

Extremely interesting, IMO biker at fault 100% for the accident, except: Watching the video from the truck, I can't see any brake lights on the car, even when it is obvious that he has to slow rapidly because of the car in front of him. I didn't see one of those idiotic blacked-out kits on the car. But really, I watched in HD full-screen on the 27" monitor and I don't see a blink. Nothing at all.

That just might get the bike dude off the hook a little. Seems to me that he screwed the pooch. But maybe a husky, instead of the St. Bernard?

 

Think by him posting his reckless riding and chasing down the car in excess of the posted speed, think road rage and speeding plus your guilty being the rear ender, he's pretty much screwed.

Neither of them were running within the law , both were speeding, car has no brake lights, guy on bike besides being criminally ignorant, didnt use his signal when he cut across all lanes in front of a speeding car ,he also waits to way too late to get on the binders and try to avoid the car.
Proof positive arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand , often with near fatal results.
Good thing the trucker had his dash cam going, shows that their both negligent.

 

lol, yeah he could have done a lot of things like veering, or haw about using the front brake! lol I still think bikes should come with no rear brake for beginners. lol But then Hardley dudes would never be able to stop their bikes. I hear the sell a lot of rear brake pads to those guys. lol
