new to this site, new to biking, am driving a 500 ninja and have been looking to upgrade, have done a lot of looking and reading this summer and found myself coming back and looking, reading about the VFR.. Bought a motorcycle mag the other day and they had a new VFR and a new BMW 800 camparison....the VFR got by far the highest marks. So now i have to look for one, so that next spring i will be on one riding.

I moved from an EX500 to my VFR last year. So much better in pretty much every way. Easy to ride, very forgiving and a great all around bike. Not as fast as the pure sports bikes but much easier to ride and live with. It would be a very good step up, not that I am biased or anything.
