Everybody has their own unique situation and situations can and will change, the bigger question is "readiness" for situational changes and the ability to "well-adjust" accordingly. An investment portfolio affords financial freedom in most situations. I prefer a small and agile footprint, so one bike is fine. There are zero reliability issues with any of the mods on my list

An investment portfolio affords financial freedom in most situations. I prefer a small and agile footprint, so one bike, like a 5th Gen VFR, where spending is not excessive and can be controlled, is perfect. The end question might be "how much money per mile did I spend on this bike ? The cost of ownership is something like .10 per mile or as much s $1.00 per mile or more, do the math (if you can) Also so far zero reliability issues with any of the mods on my list

Why aren't you all accepting and respecting and "acknowledging" this persons "decision" to make a choice to pick and ride to operate on the "road" highway pavement concrete a highly tuned yet calibrated with "precision" and carefulness motorcycle Honda scooter of two wheels with headlights at the most efficient cost effective "savings"analysis?

That sounds like "max speed" with that setup, the setup shown on this thread will get you up to 144 GPS mph in 5th gear then you'll need a lot more open road to redline in 6th gear

Look add all the increased flows:

    1) Euro ECU G
    2) Second Snorkel
    3) Pipercross
    4) Catless Black Widow Headers
    5) High Level Staintune (No Restrictor)

It all adds up to a 6th Gear Redline

It is max speed at 10500rpm in 5th which is where peak hp is an up shift would be pointless as it would drop you under peak. completed in 2.5 miles not bad for a bike with 91,000 miles.

Goes out of his way to lower the power output of his bike, then installs an aftermarket clutch made to handle additional power lol.

Fifth gen redline is what? 11,800-12,000 RPMs (actual not indicated)? 11,800 RPMs in 6th gear equals over 170mph actual speed. You would need around 140whp to clear 170mph. You have somewhere around 90whp right now... Connect the dots (engage back petal).
