    Post your moto purchases up!!!

I just pulled the trigger on some pants and a snowmobile helmet from FortNine (www.fortnine.ca)

HJC CS-R2 Seca Snow Helmet -- $94.99 CAD (34% Off)
Icon Citadel Mesh Pants -- $143.99 CAD (44% Off)

    ----------------
... so a quick update ... I didn't realize they had the same helmet with the heated visor for only $60 more. I paid for the upgrade and had my order updated. To buy the heated visor by itself is a $120 touch. Well worth it to get it up front.

Haven't bought anything yet but I am the current "Lazy Rider" at Revzilla! Could win some decent ZillaCash...

Although I will be checking out the D-Store later today but in all honesty, I'm flush with gear at the moment.

Not VFR related Jeff but I plunked down on a 944 bump kit for my 900SS.

Sweet. I was contemplating doing this with my bike too. Maybe an update on what you think about this after you get it installed.

$995 shipped with no core return on the cylinders. Cylinder bore, hone, reseal, and nickel silicon carbide cylinder plating were all done by Millennium Technologies.

Was actually gonna pull the pin on this kit about a month and a half ago when there I was minding my own business one Tuesday night out riding my bicycle and some guy in a Silver SUV decided to make a left turn in front of me. One seperated left shoulder and $1600 in medical bills later meant that I had to wait a bit to place my order.

Gonna be quite awhile before I could give you any kind of an update on that Double O.

Gonna send my cylinder heads out first to J-Precision for port and polish and complete rebuild, then send the heads, cylinders, and pistons out to Swain Tech Coatings for BBE heat emitting coating on the heads and cylinders,TBC barrier coating on the piston domes, combustion chamber, and valve faces, and PC-9 solid film lubricant on the piston skirts.

When all of that is said and done then I gotta send the pistons and crankshaft back out to Fox Performance to be rebalanced for these new 94mm pistons. (Previously had a set of 92mm FBF 12 to 1 high comps installed.)
Last time I sent my crank there for balance,polish,knife-edge,new steel oil galley plug, and have a set of Carrillo H-beam rods installed it took 4 months to get it back.
