    Hi,
Corbin seat arrived today. My expectations were low, because of all the critical comments I found.
However, it fits fine and after a 30 mile ride, no complaints.
I might try to modify the Corbin so the original (optional) rear cowl fits.
I did not ask Corbin before ordering if the cowl would fit, and would not expect that they would even know of this accessory,
as I have never seen another VFR with it.
So if I can make a simple mod, fine, otherwise I’ll use the new seat as it is.
I bought some upholstery from a place that claims it is for rebuilding the original Honda seat.
Looks like I can take the old, rotted and ripped up seat cover off of the foam and use it as a template.

I am one of about 9 people that checked all the boxes when the bike was ordered.
The seat cowl, tank pad, clock, who knows what else, it has been a few decades.
Also obtained an RC-30 rear wheel stand, tiny amount of lathe work on the spindle, and it fits the VFR fine. Very handy.
Considering the 929 rear shock upgrade next.
    Frank

I am in absolute love with your bike. It's a real show stopper. I always liked them red but that white is beautiful.

Thanks for all the kind words! Now that I have retired, riding almost every day.
It will be even better then the temperature is less than 90 every day here!
Can’t find photos of the street H2, and it is currently in pieces, waiting for me to restore it.
Did find photos of the H2 racer though!

Thanks for the photos. The Widow Maker brings back some terrifying memories. lol I only had it for about a month and sold it. The brakes and handling with that motor were a recipe for disaster for me so I got a Kz 1000.
