Well my 2000 VFR died today and after wiggling all the fuse's and re seating them the bike cranked up nice and strong. I am going to order the VFRness bundle but there is some Fues panel options. Which do I get for a stock bike? 4 switched circuits or what?

It's your choice. These are for powering your farkles like voltmeter, cell phone, radar detector, heated clothing, etc. Switched circuit means no power when your ignition is off; unswitched means it's always live.

Xpc, sounds like you're tying to replace your fuze holder? If so, the kit I believe you're ordering is for adding fused circuits to your bike, not meant as a replacement for your fuse box. Are wanting to add or replace?

From what I read I thought that kit was an upgrade to what the bike has now? No?
Now I am not sure this may fix the issue I have. Bike just quit on me and I had to push it 2 miles to a buddies house. FI light flashes once then 3 short quick flashes. When I turn the key I don't here the fuel pump whirr like I use too. I had battery checked and it was a bit low but good so they charged it. This happened when I went to accelerate hard "ish" and the motor just died on me. I hope I didn't blow 90 bucks on a harness I really didn't need.

Your fuse blades are probably just covered with powdery oxidized goodness at this point. Just replace them and drench the fuse block down with some deoxit. Go ride

Oh, and check the main fuse holder. The one that's white and clipped to the front of the battery box. It's probably crispy. My 99 was cutting out as well until I replaced it with a sealed one from autozone

The fuse holders are nice and clean. Are you talking about the small fuse block by the main fuse? I have pulled all these fuse's and reinstalled them (on the side of the road) and it still wouldn't start. I will be removing all the fairings and checking all connections. I pulled the code and it came back as Code 13. I checked resistance on injector 2 and it was fine. Did a continuity check on the black and white wire all the back to the ECU and it was fine. When I tried to get voltage on the injector when turning the ignition I got nothing. But I put the bike back together and it fired up. Thats weird. I think I am chasing a bad ground somewhere. I have to tear the bike apart to install the center stand, new GPR slip on and that wire kit from VFRness anyway.

Inspect the stator connector to the R/R.
Don't expect the VFRness to be a fix.

The flashing is telling you there is something wrong with your No2 injector.
Lose, open contact or short to No2 injector wire, or faulty No2 injector.

No2 injector? Do you mean the Fuel Injector? I read that it was #2 and I ran the checks. I'll check the Stator connection to RR.

Sorry for the delayed response, I was out for most of the day yesterday. Unless I missed it, this was the fuse holder I saw on wiremybike.com
    [IMG]

These are typically used for adding additional devices. However, it possibly could be used as a replacement for the stock fuse holder but I think there's typically nothing wrong with the fuse holder other than perhaps oxidation gets on the connectors. If this is the case, cleaning and adding "oxguard" to the terminals would all that would be necessary.

The harness itself is the upgrade, the fuse block is for adding circuits. Not a waste of money if you plan on adding additional circuits for stuff like heated grips, heated gear, USB phone charger, etc.

    From the wiremybike website...
Bundled with additional switched fused panel for accessory power, save $5.00 by purchasing together as a set.
