    I've been there with my stepfather and my father in law within three weeks of each other. And, as you know from our texts, my grandmother a year ago.

    Grieve, let it out, it helps. When you're done, hold onto the good memories. It's nice to visit with them from time to time when you think about the good times. Let go of the bad, hold on to the good, so each time you think of her, a smile will cross your heart.
