    Hi All,

I bought a very nice 2005 VFR (non-ABS) yesterday. Its a Silver model with saddle bags and 61000km. I have ridden since 1983 on the street and 1973 on minibikes. In 1989, I bought a 1985 VFR 750 that had only 5000km. I loved that bike but sold it in favour of a greater love, my new wife. I always wanted to get another, and had plenty of opportunities, but there was never the right time. Until now.

This was too good a deal to pass up. While the bike has scratches on the bags and a star blister on the fairing, otherwise its in good shape with new Angle tires, good chain, sprockets and brakes.

Aside from a brief affair with the gear-driven cams 86, I don't have much experience with these bikes and would appreciate any advice from other VFR owners.

Hey KBrian - Welcome to the WORLD and congrats on the new purchase. The love affair with your new bike will grow, as mine did from the first ride. And with all the time and weather on the island to ride, hopefully you get the chance to rack up some miles.
