Under clothing

Just wondered why kind of underwear some people wear when riding. Anyone using Underarmor stuff? I get tired of cotton briefs crawling up my azz under my riding pants when doing twisties. I'm not going to check anybody out, just asking ya know....; )

 

Especially when wearing the leathers, I wear UA Hockey stuff. It is form fitting so I get it a little larger. It is made with that tech stuff so it has a tremendous cooling factor when moving. It also makes removal of the suit so much easier, especially from around the calves of your legs if you are one of those who tends to sweat a lot.

I hate cotton undergarments. I don't have any. My everyday stuff is Underarmour as well. Even my t shirts are not cotton.

 

Swing by a cycle gear shop and pick up their heat out base layer fantastic stuff.

UA or one of the many knock offs. Leather's are a bitch to get off sweaty skin or cotton. The synthetic garments dry very quickly.

 

Ditto on everything mentioned above. Though I will say that I bought my shirts from the thriftstore/goodwill for about $4 compared to the $40 in stores. Pants though, you have to buy those new. Ick!

 

Synthetic it is. Can't stand my panties being in a wad either.....LOL!

 

I am always in a one-piece Roadcrafter, with bicycling shorts under and UA upper in hot weather. Cold weather, that's a different story, but the base is still the cycling shorts. Pearl Isumi is my brand.

SOW is proof that the "fruit" doesn't fall far from the loom.

 

Biking shorts or performance underwear that reduce friction and wick moisture away are what you want - especially for long hauls.

 

Damn. I thought I tucked my shirt in and clipped my jacket to my belt .... well, sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
