ABS Light Flashing, Acts Like Battery Is Dead, GEN 6, '07

Noticed ABS light flashing on my way to work this morning. I stopped for fuel and thought maybe it would clear when restarted. After fueling, it acted as tho the battery were dead. I was able to bump start it. I rode it back home. Just before I got home the ABS light began flashing again. Once in garage, I tried to restart, but again the battery acted dead. I purchased the bike new 04/2010. I find it hard to believe the battery being bad. I ride it daily. I just replaced the OE battery fall of '14 just because shop had a great sale and mine was 7 years old. Purchased a YUSA battery. I will check the battery when I get home.
