Some Triumphs had attached (OEM) tank racks.

I am thinking aboot buying a Combat Wombat with a plastic tank. Any suggestions on a filler cap attached bag for it?

Which of the many tank bags that are attached via the filler caps if packed with a shitload of unknown heavy items do not touch the tank?

Badbilly, the only two I know of are the givi and the Motech. I have the givi with a rigid tankbag. It's small, but not matter what I put in it, it will not touch the tank.

Small tankbags here in the US are UnAmerican. We are not happy unless we can cart aboot 75% of our worldly possessions even on trips to WalMart. Also our roadkill is generally larger than those little hedgehogs you guys have there..

Have you ever seen the size of an enraged male Haggis in the mating season?

    .
My sources indicate that in the last few years there are fewer of them due to the need for more sheep in the Middle East.

We do have elk here that when in rut are not to be messed with.. Saw a moose once on a freeway in Canada. No questions aboot right of way on that one..

    Cheers..

So magnetic tank bag works just as fine as other two options on the VFR?
Thanks for lots of good posts folks. I'm still on the fence on what to buy, but at least now I got some pros and cons on this.
