Does anyone know where I can buy a second hand seat cowl for a 2001 VFR 800. Seller should ship international

Does it come with the connection screws?
Also, since my bike came without this part, will it just go on top of rear part of the seat?

Ray, I will check the Post and make sure they can send to Thailand. Think I still have the bolts; they are the same ones that hold the tail section on. You will need to remove the grab handles and tail plug (little black VFR) to install the seat cowl.
