Here's the deal... I installed new Micron slip-ons on my 6th gen. about two weeks ago. The Power Commander I ordered arrived today, mapped and installed as well. Now the bike seems to be running much hotter than it did prior to the PC3. And I just noticied something really strange, hot air blows out of the left can while the right can blows cool air, at about the same velocity. Anyone know if this is normal??? As a side note, I brought my bike in for a new tire install and when returned I noticed a small dent in the left can, the one that blows the hot air (which the shop denies doing). Could this have something to do with what seems to happening??

My Microns seem to have the same temperature difference that you are talking about, but only at first start up. Once the bike gets up to temp they both are pushing more similar temps, I believe this is caused by the way the wye comes off when the pipe splits from 1 into 2.
