Of all the teachers I had over the years, I can only think of three that I did not have great respect for...make that four. We had one in elementary school, that kept coming into the boy's biffy at recess and put the run on us all the time. I think if she had an Elmore, it would be standing at attention. Bitch!

Seriously though. Teachers don't get near the support they need to do their jobs effectively from government of parents. Keep up the wonderful work.

I came away from that with an ingrained rule. Never admit to ever being in the 8th grade..

    I still have flashbacks..

    LOL

Well... my wife began referring to the bike as Sanchita because I treated it like a mistress, and it kinda stuck.

The name of mine is on the side of it. It's name is: Interceptor. Isn't that cute?

Mine doesn't currently have a name but "Hooligan" would probably be an apt name. I have a Holligan sticker on her lower fairing and I'm usually being a hooligan when I'm riding so it all works.

Sanchita! God I love that story. I can feel the jealousy. Lol
I named mine after a red head I know, "Red Jenny."
I just can't get enough of either and they're both redheads and a handful. Luv

I think I'll name my 99 R2. Since it's the second red Honda I've owned.

I was so used to calling my Norton "The Beast" that the VFR became "Beauty." When in the presence of other people, that wouldn't understand, I refer to my bike as the VFR or in my wife's case I refer to it as "the yellow one." I only refer to "Beauty" by her name when we are alone. Is that twisted?

I think you can get away with private use of the name beauty, "Precious" might be a little twisted though, Jim.

First bike was called a variety of names, few of them complimentary, and usually while hunched over on the side of the road in the pouring rain trying to dry the cheap east german plug and leads out with a zippo lighter.
Second bike was just "my bike", xt250s do the job well but stir little passion.
Third bike was a parallel twin with a plate that began SHN, and in a fit of unbridled lust I named her Shania Twin.
Fourth bike the VFR has a plate beginning BTE and is black. So she's getting V4 Victoria, the black beauty. Or as annoying cages disappear in the mirrors, the fifth spice girl, Victoria Fuckem.

Only if I sat with the bike, in the dark, rubbing it with a soft cloth and muttering "Precious" in a hissing voice!
