The Honda Shop Manual has the steps for bleeding. I would point you to VFRD for a good how-to tutorial and/or the shop manual but the site is down at the moment. I have a copy of the shop manual in PDF form but unfortunately I am out of town and don't have access to the file right now. Hopefully someone else can get you a copy.

Yup ... I just did mine this weekend actually! LOL!

Get the Honda Service Manual and follow the steps ... but in a brief nutshell:

    1. Pull the calipers, compress the pistons, pull the pads, insert the new pads, reinstall calipers.

    2. Now it's time to flush the brake fluid. Buy a hand vacuum for doing brakes and do the clutch at the same time.
    - First suck all the fluid out of the master cylinders.
    - Refill with clean brake fluid.
    - Suck the brake fluid through the bleeders in the order the manual states until the liquid is clear / clean (be sure to keep the reservoirs filled)
    - I also typically do the proportional valves. They don't includes this in the brake fluid replacement section of the manual - it's actually in the 'bleeding' section of the manual. There's a bit of a trick on these with the Dual Linked system. You must pump the actuator on the front left caliper to bleed the proportional valve on the left side of the bike.

It's really quite easy if you have the right tools and the service manual. Just follow it step by step.

I have the tutorial that OOTV is referring to from VFRD saved in PDF format. I cannot post on here because 15 pages and 14.0mb in size and no way to attach here. If you want it now (and not wait for VFRD to come back online) PM me your email address and I can send to you. I followed it couple months ago and it walks you through entire process. Let me know if you want to do this and I will keep my eyes open for your PM.
