I picked up my 2014 VFR 800 a year ago tomorrow. I just turned over 8,000 on it today. I am retired so all those miles were for pleasure. How many have ya'll racked up?

10,872 at last fill-up, bought it slightly used with 2600 on it, so a little over 8K.

Bought mine in November 2015, now has a measly 4750 kilometers on it. Waiting on the weather to cool down a bit, too hot and humid for pleasant riding this time of year.

A few miles shy of the first 600 mile initial oil change. It's almost been a months since the odometer read 1 mile when i picked it up from the dealership. Weather in Wisconsin has been either too chilly or too windy but I've managed to line up a few of my days off with nice weather. Passport is applied for and once that comes in the mail I'll be headed out for my trek around all of the Great Lakes.... Iron Butt Great Lakes Gold. -50 hours is the goal but I'll settle for -100 hours.

I bought my 14 about 3 weeks ago with 98 miles on it and I have only put 200 on it since then. Stupid Texas rain this month.

I just got my '14 Interceptor on Saturday. 0 miles on the odometer. First ride to work today. Odometer now reports 51 miles.

    First impressions:
Engine is not as smooth as my former bike ('13 Triumph Daytona). I loved that triple engine.
Auto-canceling turn indicators kind of neat.
Pretty harsh ride. I need to soften the rear suspension a bit.
    It hardly consumes any gas.
Mirrors are great. I can actually see behind me.
Is the red color going to fade and make the bike look pink in a few years?

Looking forward to racking up the miles. I've been averaging 6000 miles per year on previous bikes. Looking to do about 10k per year on the VFR.
