Sorry...curiosity got the best of me and I finally opened this inane thread and came across this little gem.

You do realize that fuel floats on water, so by keeping a full tank to keep water out, the water will displace the fuel out of the tank and create a fire hazard. With all that static generated by "Mr. Ceasar's" hair, you're practically sitting on a tinder box.
