Seat latch came apart

    Yeah, so, strangely enough, the bolt holding it to the bike and I think holding it together came out and now I'm missing it and the little square metal piece that is part of the assembly. If anyone has that square but of metal, let me know, otherwise it's going to cost me $17 plus shipping.

    Check your seat latch assembly and give it a good tightening down!

    Is it just a square bit?
    You could file down a flat washer or a small piece of flat bar. Just like in grade 9 shop class :)

    Yes, I guess I could. Ilk need to find something stainless. I don't know why I didn't think about that, other than I was tired.

    J.B. Weld wouldn't have worked. I took a Dremel to a washer and made the little square of metal I needed. The bolt was still under the seat. Free fix F.T.W.!
