Yep. we too have found these Nerfies pretty fun, if nothing else they are great at stress relieving... have you tried the mega ones' the bow is almost dangerous.

 

Last summer, I had ridden my Norton up to the local gas stop and burger place. I was sitting outside with a sandwich and a drink eating and looking at the bike. This kid comes over to me and says "is that your bike?" I affirmed that it was indeed my bike. "Can I look at it?" He asked in a awed tone. "I have only ever seen them in books." That really makes you feel old. I remember when they sold 'em new.

 

My wife was armed with a hand weapon but unlike everyone else she demanded (and got) a double barrel Nerf cannon.

 

My daughter has the slingshot/bow one ... it's nuts!!

 

You know you're getting old when you bite into a juicy perfectly done steak and you leave your teeth in the steak.

 

.... when your 16 year old son tells his 19 year old brother.... " yeah, our dad IS old..... he was born way back in the 1900's ". I almost pissed my pants laughing so hard.

 

... when you go to Costco and buy that "really cool" digital blood pressure meter.

 

When your first street bike is a 1975 Yamaha RD 350......That you bought in 1977.
