    There's no filter other than a mesh on the inlet to the fuel pump inside the tank.

    there most certainly IS a fuel filter, part # 16900-MBG-003 mounted on the fuel pump plate, underside of the tank

    Bet that was what Cadbury was referring too, most here from what I've read and heard say it's not worth the hassle. just saying, it's not a cut and dry process by the sounds of it. but then not knowing your particular circumstance maybe it is. the big hic up is getting it not to leak once pulled and reinstalled.

    Thanks BigBadBass, checked bike bandit and fell over.Unit appears like something you could get from auto parts.Know of any source that will not require a body part for payment?
