That's the big problem with this forum. I'm tired of wasting my time. I'm unsubscribing. You guys can carry on about whatever. I don't care any longer.

So I hijacked this thread big time. Where should I move it to?
Do we have an "antique bike section"?

Its like conversation, sometimes it goes on a tangent and all you have to do is go back on topic. No big deal unless you make it one.

The old Indian and HD flatheads especially the racebikes running headers make great noises. The Crocker/Indian may be one of a kind.. Some other notable flathead to OHV conversions are the Ardun heads for Ford V8 flatheads and way earlier the (fuzzy) the Rajo head for Ford Model T engines. An early OHV engine that could be fitted with speed goodies was the little four banger in Crosleys, The engines were stuffed mostly into Class H hydroplanes.

Lots of oddball stuff out there..My BMW has Krauser heads and pistons. Lots of monkey motion with pushrods pushing other pushrods but still getting some fairly good HP.. Some days it's Der Bumblebeemer, other days it's that SOB and on way too many it's "the money pit" .

I think we may be pissing off the dude from Houston with all this bike talk on his thread.
