    Hi,
    Please help me guys.
I just bought VFR 800 from 2003. And I have a problem. How do I turn on the parking lights? (only them, when i wanna to leave motorbike on lights without key in)
When I turn the key in the ignition, its turn on the tiny parking lights and daytime running lights as well. Also, is it normal that as turning on the ,,long" light this daytime driving do not go out just shine all togheter ?
I have no button to turn on the hazard lights also...

You can't turn on any lights (apart from maybe the hazards) without the key in the ignition. Why would you want to?

The hazards are on the right, next to the starter button.

My 2003 didn't have hazard lights, I bought a newer switch assembly and use hazard switch for my fan override.

I have the flashers, but they don't work. If I try to put them on, it turns off my running lights up front.

Ok I'll try to explain all over again...
    LEGEND: 1- position bulb, 2- passing bulb , 3 hi beam(road) bulb. Switch A- should be passing bulb(2), B - Should be road bulb(3).

    What happens now:
    - Without the inserted key no lights can be on.
    - When the key is in the ignition switch in the ON position, and switch on the left side is in the low beam (A), turn on the bulb position (1) and passing (2).
    - When the ignition key is in the ignition switch in the ON position, and switch on the left side is in the beam (B) there all bulbs are on (1.2 and Road 3).

    My problem:
    - I can't turn on only possiton bulbs(1) I need them when you want to park your motorcycle but also you want keep motorcycle litlle visible. I need it also to technical review.
    - And I do not know if it's normal that as long turn (Road 3, B) it does not go out position lights(1) and low beam (passing lights, 2) then all 3 kind of bulbs are shining.
Please help me, i cant get technical review so i cant ride...

Seeing as your bike is a European model, your lights may be different from the US Models and your terminology is different. What you call a "Passing" light is our LOW beam, on all the time. Our lamp had two filaments, both LOW & HIGH beams, but only LOW beam filament is connected. Your "Road" light is our high beam. I remember seeing a unused spot you call your "Position" light. Some European Member with a European manual needs to answer your questions. Sorry I couldn't be of any help, but don't knock the Forum if a majority of us have/had US Models.
