    Hi all,

I'm having a little trouble separating the frame from the engine. I have removed all fixings bar one. It is the bolt that runs right through the frame/engine from one side to the other (directly beneath the throttle bodies).

The nut came off easily but the bolt will not budge. I've tried heat, impact force and a lot of swearing. I'm wondering if maybe there is a thread on the bolt head side as well as the nut end that is holding it in the block... Or is it just binding where we have ferrous/non-ferrous materials corroding.

Any hints or tips or even better, good sound experienced knowledge?

Engine is on a pallet and the frame is loose. I can pivot the frame easily around the bolt. Thanks for the idea though.

Thanks OOTV. diagram clearly shows item 13 only has one thread. It's obviously stuck fast with crud. Running out of wd40 fast!
