I was looking at replacement fairing threads on a site and found some stuff I was looking for.
I also found these. I don't know toecutter but I've seen lots of his posts. I wonder if he ever thought of doing his bike up with these.

Airtech seems to have good stuff- I want to set up my bike with dual head lights.

Sheit, been a crazy last week and this weekend has one hell of a lot of rain due, so all I was able to find time for was to peek under the cover and make sure all was good underneath .

I think that would look pretty cool. I like the dual round headlight look.

I just took off my cool exhaust and put the stock one back on.
I put my full luggage rack on so I will be ready in the spring to ride it out to Virginia.

Today I did what I believe to be the biggest project I've done on a motorcycle so far....I replaced the CCTs!

The whole thing went really well (until the end). The back CCT was easy since I had just mucked around with the rear heat shield to adjust my rear brake, so I was familiar with how it went together. The front CCT was much easier than I expected. After getting the airbox off, I had the old one out and the new one installed in under 10 minutes. I think the airbox removal and installation was more difficult than the front CCT.

I buttoned everything up and started it up....FI error code. Yup, I forgot to plug in the IAT sensor. Looks like I'll get another shot at the airbox tomorrow! The horrible cam chain noise is gone though. lol

Got the breather catch can back from the powdercoater and connected it up

    CCW1.jpg

Milled 2mm off the back of the new caliper for more spoke clearance

    CaliperMill1.jpg

Milled the HDB top clamp to fit with with the hand guards. The 2 toggle switches can run up to 4 accessories, these will be controlling the aux radiator fan and the headlight. Also installed the Vapor computer protector and Vapor

I am in the process of getting it assembled...I'm thinking I should have the complete front end assembled tomorrow and maybe the back wheel....just got the tires mounted on the rims today. I'll post up my progress tomorrow night.

With my work schedule I'm lucky if I get a few days a month to work on it....

Also picked up the anodized wheel spacers....had them done to match the spoke nipples

No official build thread here, just post a few things every now and then when I get a chance to put a little work in. Have a little time today, so I'll see how much I can get done.....

I think the "CAM" on the valve cover gives it away. May not even be a bike.
