Attempted homicide or at least assault with a deadly weapon.

I saw this earlier on another forum, what a POS! Can't believe the lackadaisical demeanor of the driver?! WTF! What really sucks is that rider had a passenger and she seemed to have suffered greater than the rider, she was an innocent victim for sure, even if the rider was passing illegally, that does not give the driver right to do what he did! I just don't get the mentality of some people.

I was about to post this on here, but though I should look first.

Some of the commentary in the link below is disturbing, some how justifying the drivers actions because the biker breaking the law. So, some d-bags out there think it's okay to commit attempted murder because the biker was committing a non-jailable offense. I wonder if these people think it'd be okay to run down jaywalkers?

for some reason, some drivers, there seems to be a mentality of motorcyclists not being human beings but more pesky bad annoyances. Maybe it's the old thought of evil biker gangs and scofflaws. They forget we are someones fathers, mothers, sister, brother, laborers, doctors, lawyers, etc. Having said that, I hope that guy gets the full punishment he deserves, ie: time in a pound-me-in-the-ass prison.

Couldn't watch it, had a black box over the screen, kinda like michelle obamas :loco: I get the mentality of a being a nuicance too, usually its soccer moms in big SUVs or some nice "good-old" boys in pick up trucks. In a car, I don't pay attention or really care who I get in front of, bike on the other hand, you have to look at the car/truck and think ahead. Its all good really. You never know whose grown up panties your gona get in a tiff. F em All...Keep riding...

From the article: Police did not arrest the man,...

WTF! When did it become acceptable to run down people on two wheels? A month ago where I live, a lady hit and killed a bicyclist, then swerved and killed a motorcyclist, within seconds of each other. Yes, it was an accident, but somehow it has become ok to kill us and not pay a price.

I had a prick in a 4 wd do that to me one night as I was filtering through slow moving traffic, he saw me coming so he moved across to block me so I did a flick behind him to pass him on the other side and he moved straight across to block me on the other side. I removed his mirror as I went past, flicked back infront of him and continued on my way. Only problem is you don't know what this prick is going to do to the next rider who wants to pass him

In all my years of splitting lanes here in LA, I've had people swerve to block, open doors, spit...that one was on my ducc so I slowed down to get next to him, stood up and kicked his door in...

that is not such a good idea to kick door-you might crash, maybe carrying a few bolts right next to the tag then release them with a string to flatten tires
like what the cops do to jerks.
if you see the driver is a jerk just stay away-even stop for a minute if you can and let the pee wee move on.:peep:

Illegal for a double yellow, white line is a fog line....I did get a check mark on my driving test for my passenger endorsement for touching the white line on an onramp....but dont think it a law, maybe up there.

Not sure what the laws are in Canada. In the US crossing a solid line is pretty much illegal unless turning off the road, avoiding danger, etc. Individual states will list circumstances for which crossing solid lines are allowed in the driving manual. And they always seem to add the disclaimer "only when safe to do so" or "if does not jeopardize safety" or "impede the flow of traffic".

That video was on national network news tonight. Reminds me of another recent eager incident where some bald POS rear ended a motorcyclist who "was going to fast" when they stopped at an intersection. His girl was on the back also. People are crazy out there.
