I was at work on Friday and found out that Yamaha had their 2015 line at a local shop (no R1 though). I got there @ 10:15am in the rain; NO Demo Rides... But I was smart enough to get a slot for later on the R6. Got back there @ 3pm and some other guy also had the R6 from an earlier slot so they let him have it... I had also signed up for the FJ-09 as I had never ridden an Adventure bike. Long story short, I ended up on a 1200cc "Super Tenere ES". It was a cool bike but I wish I could have taken it off-road...

Next ride, the R6 which felt like a toy but def lots of fun... My knees could almost touch my elbows. I wish the Demo Ride was longer

Those Bolts are sharp. A coworker has the r-spec and he seems to live it well enough. Doubt it'll break his 12 full months of ownership record though.
