Works great! I'm using a 5/8th deep wall socket over the 15mm pin. Problema handled.

 

fits in just snug and the pin feels good


helps clear the oil cooler

 

I have one of these stands that I bought through a local on-line retailer, plus I bought (IIRC) the 24mm head pin which suits my VTR1000 (and hopefully my VFR800 as well). I wish I'd bought one sooner, as someone who repeatedly tinkers with front suspension these make the job SO much easier.
