Welcome from another relative forum newbie!

I too went from sport bike to VTX cruiser, now seeing the error of my ways.
Picked up my '08 VFR in May. The difference in performance, handling, braking(linked) is night and day. Don't be afraid to nail that front brake hard. I was at first.

I've been out-of-country in Guam for a few weeks and just took the VFR down a local canyon. That rush came back. The tip above to hug the tank with your knees/thighs to help take weight off arms with even heli-bars is golden! I never knew that in all these years, but getting older it's a god-send wrist relief.

After some unofficial acceleration testing between my 05 VFR and my brother's 13 Fatboy, I'd venture to say that your VFR must feel like a rocket compared to a Harley.
