That is a 3rd gen, 1991 with a LH exit full TBR exhaust. It was a keeper..

Ya know it's too bad this isn't exactly an "Official" version of the 8th Gen. VFR800 because I really kinda like this particular RWB paint scheme with different color rims and Candy Glory Red on top of the gas tank KT.

If RVFs are included then personally think the RVF750 rc45 is the best looking however with its side mounted GDCs and the right end can think the Gen5 catless mk1 the best sounding overall judging by a row of various VFR Gens that rode past me this weekend.

 

Anybody up for the real deal here? "Mine, not yours!"

From any angle that shows off the under seat exhaust or swing arm I think the 6th gen looks best. From there I think the 5th and 8th are sort of tied for me, but I really dig the 2nd gen look too.

 

I agree, specially in asphalt black. lol

 

I really wish the 8th gen had a stubby exhaust similar to the cbr 1000. I love the look of the 8th gen except for the giant side can that covers up the single side swing arm.

There's a bunch of stubbies on eBay ... never heard of these guys before but ... some require Delkevic headers and some don't.

Some look like Super Trapp and some look like straight pipes ... lol ... not sure what to make of them.
