For new, partzilla.com. not cheap but that's the least expensive place you'll find new OEM.

Otherwise, ebay is your best bet. Unlikely you'll find any unmolested fairings used, but it does happen sometimes.

My friend sold his R1 awhile back and the new owner had an off and bought from one of these Chinese places and i must say it looks pretty good. Not sure which company but i assume they all are the same.
