Mine is fine, I would say ...regarding those temperatures these days. When it comes to 80% the cooling jumps in automaticaly.

Sorry to hear you had it stolen !!

I've just renovated the rear caliber with new seal and pistons. New rear tyre, new (used) VERY nice red seat, new rubber "dampers" in the rear wheel, new bearings (rear) and seals.

Next will be front caliber seals and piston front and disc.

Bummer....yes that is new, I hope you can removed it, without buying a new.

I'm glad I don't have neighbors like your........

BTW I'm beginning to have a small problem shifting from 2 to 3 gear (I have to double cluch some times to shift gear), so a new clutch, have to be bought soon, I think.

Hmm, noticed this probkem as well sometimes, but I believed that was caused by the type of shoes I am wearing and the way I shift gears... Since I changed that behaviour the problem did not show up again. You have to relief the paddle completly, no chance for short shifting... It is a miracle to me how people report shifting by jumping one over??

Many shifting problems like your are caused by a hydraulic problem or air in the system which causes clutch drag, that is, it's not fully releasing. Bleeding the system properly or replacing seals may cure it.

BTW by replacing the seals, is it the seals in the master cylinder you mean?
New piston, seals, spring ec ec?
