As she sat in New York last fall.

How she looks today with her new skin.
Waiting for carbs and just got new chain.
Still need to rebuild front brakes and clean front wheel.

She is an '83, with '85 body work. My tank was toast, dented, rusty & gummed up. I bought a pristine tank from another member, and since it didn't match, so I bought all his body work.

Paint job is not quite stock 85. Body parts included a full lower fairing, which I an not going to use. Red stripe on side panels gets wider towards the front to match fairing, plus someone added the V45 decal. I have the right side panel but not the left. So I am having my old 83 repainted to match, along with the 83 chain fairing.

    Looking good!

Full lower fairing....hmmm.....would that fit my '84 700? Does it really do anything other than keep the engine a little warmer?
