I call, only get voicemail. I left an e-mail. He said he was going to send me an invoice for my suspension on Thursday (the 26). Haven't heard a peep from him. Is everything ok?

This is his busy season, everyone trying to get their suspensions upgraded before spring. Typically he'll appear to be MIA but I'm sure he'll will chime in soon.

He just finished a suspension set for me. I"m sure he's just very busy. I'd wait a few days and send another email if it's important.

I've been to his shop, busy doesn't even begin to describe his schedule! Though I will admit that he usually is better about communication than this.

Send him another email. He did the same to me, forgot to send invoice. He builds when invoice is filled. He may be so busy he just over looked sending you an invoice.

I got a hold of him. He called back. Sounds like he is super busy. Hopefully I don't get lost in the fold. He said it would be a week or two before he even sent me an invoice. Well, crap. I should have done this in the fall. Oh well.

Living in California is tough...when is the right time to work on your ride?! Just keep telling yourself, the wait is worth the reward!

After getting the 954 shock last year, I was going to put an order in for the fork inserts this year. I guess I'll give him some time to work through his current orders. The shock was definitely worth the wait, although I didn't have to wait long at all...

If you waited for a rainy day, you might never get your suspension done:rolleyes:

I would contact him. The first time I ordered from him there was a miscommunication on my part and he didn't realize I actually wanted the shock I thought I ordered; once we realized the mistake, I had my shock very quickly. I emailed him last week about parts for my new 6th-gen and he replied within an hour quoting me a two-week lead time.

I just got an email from Jamie today. He is backed up with a 3 to 4 week lead time on orders. He said he's gotten a lot of requests for the new fork cartridge inserts.

Six months with no word? Not a good thing. Jamie maybe needs to get some help on the bookkeeping end. Even a high school kid can do that.

I had a reply from him May 9 saying that the rear shock was ready but he did not have all the parts for the front. I just told him to wait until everything was ready.

My shock was invoiced on a Friday, paid the same day, arrived the following Wednesday. Still waiting on my cartridge kit, but when I ordered it, Jamie did say that the parts he sources for them were backordered. I also contacted him on Sunday about a fitment issue with the shock, and he replied within a couple of hours (still got the fitment issue, actually). He was out of the country earlier this summer, but seems to be back up and running as usual.
