Finally sold that old bitch took a helluve a hit if you ask me got $7375 out of a 2000 Heritage. Harleys are a dime a dozen on Craigslist, where I had it listed. It took me about 45 days or so to sell it. Would have liked to got more books for $8065 I am going to donate my chaps to Billy boy. So now I am back to one bike the one I love to ride, fuck with :GB_bonesrock:
Too bad the "village-people" and others "tainted" the entire Chap thing. They are actually pretty funcional for braking wind. I am sure there are some out there that can twist this post into all kinds of dark sordid things, hell, I may even be accused of "bashing." To those I say :flip: I got a Vanson pair that I have worn in the past, butt mostly my "stich" suit gets the use. The HD thing is amazing, actually, the person that paid over 7000 grand for your bike saved himself buying a new one for what?? $20,000?? No-one wants to buy used HDs cause they can't work on them and they are afraid. Most get traded in at the dealers for new scooters. Cheers, running out of time :loco:
The assless crotchless chaps are popular with the Harley chaps because of easy access. Let it be known now and forever that VFR777 has by ridding himself of that Milwaukee boat anchor gains 1.78 IQ points.
 No bars for me, your funny. Went to the "Sea-Food" festival in Everglades City FL. There were far more fragrant people wondering around there than me :loco:
All kidding aside Chaps ARE really good protection *not for your ass* but other extremities. Also they work great in cold weather. That and some of the gals ass's look good in them!
Put that gun to your head and pull the trigger instead. Your suffering will be over quicker. And that begs the question: Why would you want to buy something that was designed about 65 years ago? And has gone basically unchanged since then? Heavy, slow, noisy, poor handling, and lousy gas mileage for something so slow. I've worked on my step-son's 2008 Street Glide, and it's like working on a 1940 John Deere tractor. Everything on it is just...clunky.
Must be in the air - sold my 04 Wide Glide about 4 weeks ago and then two weeks ago went out an bought a 15 Ducati Scrambler. Something had to be done about that vacant space in the garage!
