First off, welcome to the board! You got yourself the finest of the mid-displacement VFR's IMO.

As for the exhaust, many peoples opinions are going to be flavored by availability and personal experience. Case in point, I have had Delkevic Carbon Fiber low mount, Two Brothers high mount , and Staintune for the 6th gen. Delkevic is a great can and the price cannot be beat. The Two Bros was the meanest sound and really showed off the single sided swingarm. The sound of the Staintune just cannot be beat though. The perfect blend of sound and sophistication, but they can look a little bland. Which is totally cool if that is the look you are going for. I loved it for that reason.

If you have the access, you can have a midpipe fabbed by an exhaust place and use just about any can you want on your 5th gen. I know a few who did that.

Lastly, post up a picture of your ride!

I echo marriedman's advice. Staintune is THE BEST aftermarket pipe I've heard. $$$

2 Brothers would be my next recommendation. High mount is great but NOT advisable for side bags.

Welcome & enjoy the best generation of the VFR!

I just bought a can directly from 2bros but it didn't come with a midpipe, so I'm going to have to have one fabbed. You could call them directly and see if they have one leftover, or if they have one from another year that is equivalent. You'll probably be in the same boat as I am regarding the midpipe though :/

Check the classified section here and over at VFRDiscussion, you'll often find some there. eBay and Craigslist are the other places to check.
