Well Im Back And Tried Everyones Advise But Im Still Having The Same Problem. I Have Taken The Carbs Off Again And Had My Friend This Time Give Them A Once Over And They Are Clean And We Even Replaced The Jets With New Honda Stock Jets To Be Safe. Well Anyway I Have Replaced The Fuel Filter And Even The Pump With All New Factory Parts, But The Same Problem? When I Go To Start The Bike After Sitting Over Night It Just Cranks And Floods Out And Wont Catch, Unless I Use Carb Cleaner And Spay It Into The Snorkel Under The Tank And Then It Fires Right Up, But Runs Slugish For A Few Minutes. I Have Even Put A New Choke Cable On, Just In Case . And This Happens All The Time And I Have Ran About 5 Or 6 Tank Fulls Of Gas In It Since The Start Of Summer So I Know Its Not Bad Gas Or Anything Along That Line. The Bike After Warming Up Runs A-1 , No Miss, No Bog Or Anything. Any Sugestions On What To Try?? Please Help

Okay, if you are using carb cleaner and it runs albeit erratically it points to a weak starting mixture, so either the pilot air screw o rings are perished or the seals around the choke plungers are perished allowing air to enter and weakening your starting mixture, thats all i can think of, hope it helps

    Hmmm......

Weak spark????? I would have to assume you've replaced or atleast checked the plugs. It is possible you are not getting a hot enough spark to ignite or worse case senario no compression, which would improve some w/ a warm engine due to expansion & contraction, have you checked that?

Sounds like a weak spark to me. Some types of carb cleaner are much more flammable than gas allowing the weaker spark to fire it. The gas takes over from there. You could also try turning the gas off at night. You could have a float needle valve seeping gas into the engine all night long. In the morning you find a flooded engine. The carb cleaner could break the flood because it is easier to light. After trying to start (before spraying the cleaner), pull a spark plug to see if it is wet. If wet, the carb is leaking gas into the engine. If not, choke not working or weak spark. Hope this helps. Keep us posted.
