I think it would make a bigger difference if the pipes didn't join together like some of the RC30 exhaust. With all the pipes equal in length and joining together it should scavange ok. It does run good and I haven't jumped to deep into jetting. Tom H
Thack Any update on the performance of your exhaust system. Have you ever dyno tested it? They're discussing the 180* vs 360* set up on vfrd right now. Just wondered what your opinion was.
My full system merges front and rear lefts together, front and rear rights together and then the two sides come together. All with very large diameter primary/secondary/collector piping. Primary lengths aren't totally equal, but they are much closer than stock or Motad. I probably would have lost some low end, but my ignition timing has been significantly advanced. So as is, my off idle throttle response (below 2500 RPMs) is slightly softer, but low end from 2500 up is strong, mid range is very strong and top end screams.
