hi guys, I am trying to remove my stock exhaust silencer but it wont budge!
so far i have removed my givi rack and number plate so there is room to wiggle,
removed the 2 long bolts holding the silencers in place, and the clamp was corroded so thats off aswell and got a new one waiting
but every time i try and wiggle the exhaust it wont move or the whole exhaust system moves with it,
    can anyone help me!
    thanks in advance, Bucky

I would soak it with some penetrating oil, let it sit a while and then give her a few good wacks with a soft faced hammer such as a plastic dead blow. This should break it loose.

thanks for replying, after half hour of thinking I was defeated i went back out and done it!
for future reference to anyone doing it who may read this, this is what you need to do,
first of all, totaly remove the rear mudgaurd / number plate section to give you ample room,
make sure that there is no bolts in,
then put a gag in your mouth, due to high levels of swearing, personaly my choice of words were, you f*****g t**t move your fat f*****g you utter w****r, but ofcourse this may vary from person to person
and hey it just loosed ! twist and pull , happy days !
